Specific Plans (Unincorporated Areas)

A Specific Plan implements the General Plan/Community Plan and is a more detailed version of the General Plan for a focused area. The Specific Plan articulates planning considerations and imposes regulations or controls. • 3rd Street Specific Plan - located in the community of East Los Angeles, adopted by the Board of Supervisors 11/12/14.
